What every booking includes
Setup, soundcheck and breakdown are all included and never counted against your performance time. Public liability insurance included, with proof of cover supplied to your venue on request.

Our sound system comfortably covers most events. For larger venues we assess the room — size, acoustics and how your guests are spread — and quote any additional sound needed, so the floor is always properly covered.

A wedding isn't a four-hour booking; it's a day with a shape. Choose how much of it we carry — everything runs through one sound system, with no supplier handovers.
Wedding — The Evening

The evening reception: speech microphones, first-dance and key-moment coordination, must-play and do-not-play lists, timeline liaison with your venue.
Morning setup for venue access: add £95.
Wedding — The Afternoon & Evening

We join you at the wedding breakfast: background music, microphones and management for speeches, MC announcements — then the full evening set. Up to nine hours on site, one setup, no gaps.
Wedding — The Full Day

Ceremony music cued to the moment, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and speeches, then the evening. Up to twelve hours on site, one point of contact.

The bits other people hide
Peak dates
Bank holidays, December and New Year are the highest-demand nights in the calendar. Those dates carry a supplement — typically somewhere between £75 and £250 depending on the date — and it's the same for everyone, confirmed with your quote rather than sprung on you later.
Beyond the booked hours
Extra hours are agreed and fixed before the event, so the figure is known in advance. Decide on the night? If we're free to stay, the same agreed rate applies — there's no on-the-spot premium.
Add-ons
The Props Drop — £100
LED foam sticks, inflatables and a box of the good stuff — oversized glasses, wigs, the lot — handed out at the moment the night peaks. Everything comes back to us at the end of the night, and you'll never see a damage charge for a foam stick.
More add-ons — uplighting and our photo booth experience — are on the way. When they launch they'll appear here with a published price, the same as everything else.

Quoted with your booking — £55 plus 45p per additional mile
Booking & payment
- A 30% deposit confirms your date — until then, the date stays open.
- The balance is due 28 days before the event. Both figures appear on your booking confirmation on day one.
- Cancel 60 or more days out and the deposit is retained; 30–59 days out, 50% of the total fee is due; within 30 days, the full fee is due.
- One free date transfer is available on cancellations made 60 or more days out, subject to availability and taken within 12 months of the original date.
- If we ever have to cancel, you receive a full and immediate refund of everything paid — and we'll use our professional network to help source a replacement of equivalent standard.
All prices include all costs. We are not VAT registered.
